For any potential restaurant owners out there, I put in my vote for a really good, authentic (with an extensive vege offerings and low price tag), Mexican Food!
Using a cross between Tacos Guaymas, Senor Moose and Galerias as awesome examples?!
Anyone know why Loki closed? It always seemed packed on weekend brunch.
I heard that some of the restaurant equipment needed to be fixed or replaced and the owner couldn't afford it. Apparently,, he is very disappointed and feels he failed the neighborhood in some way. This is third-hand, by the way. I loved the chaos salad and regret that never had the waffles.
