Wallingford Home Tour

The annual Wallingford Home Tour, organized by the Wallingford Neighborhood Office, will take place Sunday Oct 5, 11am-4pm. This is a self-guided tour of private homes in Wallingford that have been recently remodeled or are otherwise of interest. Tickets cost $15, information on how to purchase them is here.

The tour is a fun and interesting thing to do if you are thinking of making changes to your own home, or if you are just curious about what some of the nicest houses in the neighborhood look like on the inside. If you are thinking of making improvements to your own house, it's especially useful to chat with the owners about their experiences, and to ask them for advice and recommendations.

If you're feeling green, you can probably get to most of the homes on the tour by foot or bicycle.
