Wallyhood has the scoop on a major WSDOT project starting up in Wallingford on February 9. Basically, be prepared for about 4-5 weeks of pedestrian detours, parking restrictions, and construction noise/dust as 45th Street gets its sidewalks repaired and new trees planted. The work will take place along the entire stretch of 45th Street between Stone Way and 5th Ave. NE. Businesses should remain open for the duration.
